Overnight Accommodations: For our overnight camps all children must be accompanied by a Parent or legal guardian. You will stay in one of our 12 furnished unique, rustic tents nestled in the scenic meadow at White Pine Ski Area & Resort (Double Occupancy Quarters.) You will experience the breath taking view of the Wind River Mountains. Parents are responsible for their children during non-activity periods. We offer hearty meals, including a complete dinner with salad, entree and dessert. There is running water and toilet facilities.

Meals: The White Pine Lodge with its rustic atmosphere and massive beamed lodge provides a wonderful view of the mountain. It provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy both the food and the social experience at mealtime. We serve nutritious food that is properly prepared and dietetically sound at each of the three daily meals. Meals are served family style with an emphasis on table manners, appropriate table conversation & trying new foods. The concepts of healthy eating habits, weight maintenance/loss/gain, and nutrition are also stressed; as physical health and appearance often have a significant affect on self concept and social interactions.

We believe its best to serve healthy food to keep our busy campers and staff properly energized. Breakfasts include meals like French toast, scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, and pancakes with sausage. Lunches are often things like grilled cheese sandwiches, chili, macaroni and cheese, and various soups. Dinners include meals like spaghetti, roasts, hot dishes, and stew. Dessert is served after dinner. These end of meal treats include homemade cookies, brownies, lots of fresh fruits, cake, and rice crispy bars. Meals may also involve having a fun cookout. In addition to the three regular meals our campers also get a nutritious snack each day. Fruit or a popsicle provides a welcome treat every afternoon.

Medical Treatment:
The staff of White Pine Ski Area and Resort provides emergency medical care if it is needed for our customers. Many of our staff members are certified in first aid, CPR and Outdoor Emergency Care. We have a modern first aid room, a special vehicle to transport injured persons if needed to the Pinedale Clinic, which is ten miles from the resort or we can transport them to an ambulance. We also have a designated landing zone for emergency helicopter transport.
